1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered to you.

  • To be eligible, the product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Perishable items like pet food and consumables are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at instapetindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order details and reason for the return, along with supporting photos if applicable.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable goods (pet food, treats, supplements) unless defective

  • Gift cards and downloadable software

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
